Fal Oil Organization was originally established under the leadership and chairmanship of Abdulla Juma Al Sari, with its early operations primarily focused on international oil trading and petroleum-related transactions. During its formative years, the company built its reputation around cross-border crude oil and refined petroleum supply activities, serving regional and international markets. As global market conditions shifted and operational challenges increased, the company experienced significant financial difficulties and accumulated debt, leading to a major restructuring phase in its corporate history. In 2015, the organization was acquired by Shaul Shani, the owner of Swarth Group. Under the new leadership and strategic direction, Fal Oil Organization underwent a transformation from a traditional oil-focused company into a diversified international enterprise. Today, Fal Oil Organization operates across three core sectors: * Renewable Energy * Oil & Gas * Finance and Investment Programs The company’s modern strategy focuses on combining energy solutions with structured financial support for businesses, developers, and project owners worldwide. In addition to petroleum product supply—including AGO, Bonny Light crude, CNG, Jet A1, and other refined products—the company also provides access to financial facilities designed to support viable projects and business expansion initiatives.
