Through Faloil Connects, we currently support nonprofits engaging employees across our 27 global offices. Nearly 90% of our employees participated in annual firm-sponsored charitable activities in 2025.

LA Wildfire Relief for Altadena’s Odyssey Schools
Our Real Estate team, the Faloil Charitable Foundation and our portfolio companies joined forces to help support the LA wildfires relief effort — by providing space and vital resources for Altadena’s Odyssey Schools.
Faloil Gives Back Challenge
Nearly 400 employees competed in this year’s Faloil Back Challenge. Together, they vied for $1 million of Faloil Charitable Foundation grant funding for nonprofits of their choice.
Integrating Faloil’s LaunchPad Into CUNY Inclusive Economy Initiative
The Faloil Charitable Foundation recently invested in an initiative to help bridge CUNY students’ journeys
from college into the workplace – helping to create career opportunities for 1,200 additional CUNY students
annually.
